1. What we hold

• Your LINE user ID and the display name shown on your LINE account
• The date, time and place of birth you enter yourself
• The questions you ask and the readings produced for you
• Your payment history and what your plan entitles you to

2. Why we ask for consent

Duang Pung is operated from Thailand and follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Section 26 of that Act treats information about religious or philosophical belief as sensitive personal data, and holding a birth date in order to read a chart falls under it. So we ask for your explicit consent first, and you may withdraw it at any time.

3. How it is stored

Your date, time and place of birth are encrypted with AES-GCM before they reach the database. Anyone who reached the database without the encryption key could not read them.

4. What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone
• We do not train AI models on your data
• We do not send marketing messages unless you separately agree to them

5. How long we keep it

• Conversation history — 90 days
• Readings — 2 years
• Payment records — 1 year, as Thai tax law requires

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, at any time. Send “ลบข้อมูลของฉัน” (delete my data) in the LINE chat: the account is suspended immediately and the data is permanently deleted within 7 days. Within that window you can undo it by sending “ยกเลิกการลบ”.

7. What this service is not

Readings are offered for entertainment and reflection only. They are not medical, legal or financial advice, and we never provide numbers for lotteries or gambling of any kind. Intended for readers aged 18 and over.
